Tania Hayward

Treasurer & Company Secretary

Tania is a qualified Accountant and an accomplished senior financial executive with over 30 years of experience in financial management across both commercial and nonprofit sectors. She is a Fellow Member of CPA Australia and has worked in various industries, including education, recycling and logistics, events, retail, childcare, recreation, professional development and training, property development, and mining.

Since 2004, Tania has led finance teams, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a commitment to collaboration and process improvement to drive positive change.

She has also been an active Board and Board Committee Member, serving on Non-Profit finance, audit, and investment committees since 2004, and on boards since 2022.

Tania holds project management qualifications and is a graduate of the AICD Company Directors Course. She joined the DACSSA board in October 2024 as Treasurer and Company Secretary and also serves as Board Member and Treasurer for Redemption House Church.

She is married to Darren and has two adult sons.  In her free time, she enjoys attending church, working out at the gym, investing in real estate, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
